Our home watch subscription plans provide thorough interior and exterior checks for your home. You can relax while away from your home, knowing that we’ll give you a detailed report, through our portal, on every home check. If we find any issues, we’ll be sure to provide photo evidence and documentation, as well as possible solutions!

In South Florida’s tropical climate, mold can grow within 72 hours! We highly recommend a weekly home subscription plan to keep your home in top condition for the safety and enjoyment of your family and guests.

Concierge Services By Request

  • Meet Service Providers/Deliveries $35

    (+$25/hr) - Furniture, appliance, and package deliveries and meeting scheduled vendors.

  • Pre & Post Storm Services $45

    (+$25/hr) - Snöbrd Home Watch will send out an alert email if there is a tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning for your area. At your request, we will check on your home pre-storm , ensure that all furniture is inside, all shutters are down and perform any special requests for your home. Post-storm, Snöbrd Home Watch will inspect your home, look for visible signs of damage, take photos and send a detailed report to you.

  • Opening Services $85

    Turn on electric breakers, turn on all water mains, turn on ice maker, plug in electrical items adjust HVAC, open blinds, freshen toilets. Contact cleaners and any other vendors if requested.

  • Closing Services $95

    Empty perishables from the refrigerators, empty and turn off ice-maker, close blinds, set HVAC system to away settings, unplug electrical items, turn off water at house, shut off valves of toilets, unplug washer & dryer, bring in trash bins, and check security of doors and window

  • Cleaning Services $95

    (+$90/hr) - Snöbrd Home Watch will send out experienced , insured and highly trained residential cleaning technicians that will provide you with a best in class cleaning experience. Our trained professionals provide cleaning services to leave kitchens sparkling, beds made, furniture dust-free, and floors shiny.

  • In Home Dog Sitting $75

    (+35/night) - In-home care for puppies to senior dogs in your neighborhood. Great if you need overnight pet or house-sitting services from trusted sitters who'll treat your pets like family.

  • Holiday Decor Service $99

    (+95/hr) - Our team of professional holiday decorators and installers can turn your decorating dreams into reality. From decorative lighting to holiday decor, we’re here to create a magical experience in your home.
